Welcome
Welcome to the April edition of The Cincinnati Times.   This issue is a little early; we wanted to get it to you prior to the start of Daylight Saving Time.  On our website you will find links to specific instructions by clock terminal type.

One of our goals with this newsletter is to better understand how we can serve you.  So far we have learned that you are very interested in legal issues around the workplace.  In this newsletter we look at two areas we have received several inquiries about: 1) What Records are to be kept by Employers and for How Long? And 2) Can I ask my Exempt Employees to Record Their Time?

We are pleased to announce a new forum, Ask the Expert, that ties right in.  Stephen Richey, an attorney and partner with Thompson Hine, LLP has agreed to answer your labor law questions through a monthly column.  Please submit your questions below.  Look to future newsletters for your questions and his responses.

If there is other content you are looking for, please let us know.  Thank you again, we are pleased to work with you.

Best regards,
