Welcome
Welcome to the Summer edition of The Cincinnati Times. In this
special edition we are pleased to announce the launch of our new and
improved website.
The
primary reason for this new design was to move the website from a company
brochure to a resource center for our clients and prospects. To
accomplish this we added two areas:
1) A public support area that
contains documents that address product and installation concerns
including configuration questionnaires and system requirements and
2) A
private area for clients that are covered under our software maintenance
agreements (this includes the first 12 months of ownership, all
maintenance renewals and all clients using our hosted solution).
This
password protected section will give you access to training guides and
user manuals, release notes, trouble shooting guides and a peer to peer
forum.
Additional
features include access to our online training calendar, one click
connection to our remote support tool (Linktivity)
and the ability to request assistance via email.
In the
future we will be adding an area where you can download the latest
software release and a knowledge base where you can search for answers to
questions or problems.
Below is a link with a description of the new site and
instructions on how to request a login. Please note: You must
be a current maintenance or hosted client to register.
We
